One of the best liver and onions you'll ever have! With garlic and Frank's RedHot sauce. Yuuum! If you're a fan of Frank's RedHot sauce commercials you'll love the plug at 4:24. Unfortunately I'm not using raw butter and grass-fed beef liver, or venison! But I use it when I can get it! Please ignore my seemingly clumsy method and choice of utensils. Just do what I do and remember that I'm going for flavor here! NOTE* The liver fell apart because I left it in the fridge too long after defrosting it, I think it was almost 3 weeks or more. I suggest using it within a couple days after thawing.
