Try using a different HDMI cable or HDMI port on your TV or Gaming Monitor, then see if you can start your PS5 in Safe Mode.. If you DON'T see a Safe Mode screen.. Unfortunately, your PS5 is done! Send to Sony immediately.. However, if you DO see the Safe Mode menu - try reset the video output resolution settings to AUTOMATIC or set your HDCP to 1.4 only.
