【楊桃美食網】炒出清脆青菜的訣竅Crisp Green Vegetables Stir-fry 材料:菠菜、蒜末、鹽、味精、水。 Ingredients: spinach, minced garlic, salt, MSG, water. 做法: 1.先熱鍋再加入兩大匙油(依個人加量),放入蒜末爆香之後把菠菜放入,再加一小碗水,利用水蒸氣把菜蒸熟或燙熟 2.再加點鹽或味精炒拌均勻,不要加很多鹽這樣會讓菜脫水,吃起來會比較乾不好吃 3.起鍋時把菜撈起不要有湯汁,因為湯汁在盤中不美觀,這樣炒出來的青菜會比較清脆。 Preparation Method: 1.
