Being on a Private road that has no bylaws and having a nasty ex cop for a neighbour is not a good situation. Why can't we all get along? Lakeshore OPP officer Sarah LeHoux tried to get me to pay him $2000 (ransom) to have Larry Grail drop the charges, (I should have recorded that bribery conversation), when i refused she came back the next week saying he has dropped his ransom demand to $1000, I wonder what her cut in cash would have been if i did not say "Go ahead & charge me ..... i am not going to pay the ransom! I'll take the Mischief charge to avoid causing an injury or possible fatality because of the lack of visibility. This is just not right! You would think an ex cop would want to help prevent a possible fatality. But no ~ not that ex cop. We had an 80 year old tenant renting the apartment from us that was unable to reverse in & out of the driveway as we told her to like we had to, to be safe. I also feared for her safety as well as our guests who did not realize the danger they were in backing out. After some research I was told he killed someone in a boating incident as was sued....He got off the most severe charges because he was a cop...... wow! Sad if that is true. Seems he has no regard for other peoples wellbeing. In the end i got off with only having to replace the tree at $300 Why can't we all get along.......
