After removing and cleaning an HDMI port from a donor board, We did a replacement on the HDMI port and the results were amazing. we always do the non manual Reflow method. As it is more perfect and re-manufactured. We noticed that the HDMI port from manufacturer is much better quality than the replicas in terms of resoldering it back onto the board. From a HD TV quality there is no difference, For those of you who are wondering. SO this is for the idealists that want replacements from a donor PS4, yes they are more $$.. but then again.. this is was not only a broken HDMI port. this also had the white light of death issues (WLOD).
