Customer said he took the iphone to two other shops and they told me problem is not the screen and there is nothing they can do. From first look, we did nothing the red sticker which indicates iphone came in contact with water or moisture. Upon inspecting the phone we noticed the missing cover that sits on top of the fpc connector. Doing further inspection, we noticed a bad resistor that broke off the board. A pad was also torn off the board. We restored the pad and soldered on another resistor and that fixed the iphone no touch problem. Iphone 6 touch is working again.
