So my ps4 slim went into safe mode when the power supply got disconnected while it was loading up. From the safe mode it required i use a usb with the version i was currently running or a latest version' s update to get the system working, but i kept getting this error: "The update file cannot be used. Connect a USB storage device that contains an update file for REINSTALLATION for version 5.05 or later. (CE-34788-0)" i later found out there are two file that can be downloaded 1. a version's Update which is almost 400mb in size 2. a Reinstallation version's update which is almost 1gb in size (NOTE ONLY THIS FILE WILL WORK FOR THIS SITUATION) THE DOWNSIDE OF THIS IS THE FACT THAT YOU LOOSE ALL YUR DATA UNLESS YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO HAVE BACKED UP THE UPSIDE IS YOU GET YOUR PS4 BACK ON TRACK
