Watch Liver and Bacon with Onion Gravy in New Channel | Channify

This is a dish which my Nan would cook for me when I was young and I used to love it. A lot of followers have asked to see me make this and although there are lots of variations to this recipe, this is how my Nan would make it for me and how I like it. I am using Lamb's liver in this recipe, Calf's liver is just as good but a bit too expensive for my taste. Give it a go and you might surprise yourself to find that you love it as much as I do.
