PLEASE SHARE THIS. BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INCIDENT: My scheduled flight's PNR number was Z285V. The flight was from Allahabad to Mumbai via Delhi.The scheduled time to reach Mumbai was 10:10pm on 1st January,2018. At Allahabad the AIR INDIA staff wasted my 45 min. due to their Internet problem.AIR INDIA brought me late at Varanasi. I reached Delhi around 02:30am on 2nd Jan. 2018. I was not allowed to enter the domestic transfer. I was told to go to AIR INDIA counter on 2nd floor. At counter THEY DENIED ME the ticket even on repetitive requests. CISF was called and they PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED ME.They also warned me to put FALSE ALLEGATIONS against me. The AIR INDIA staff at counter MISBEHAVED.I was made to STAND FOR NEARLY 4 HOURS. I have complained on Air India website,written emails and have talked with customer care multiple times but no reply has been given yet.
