One thing I forgot to mention in the video is that the system (console) is saying you cannot sign in because you are actually ALREADY signed in. So you all need to sign out manually. And then try the steps in the video. If your MTU number is anything lower than 1473, try setting UP to 1500. And vice versa. That is just to give you perspective on all the variables.
