I found this vintage balance Triumph at flea market store, in a realy bad shape. Someone repainted long time ago but as you can see is not well made. This restoration took me 2 week to complete and i try to make the best posible.This will be just a decorative piece now, because here in France people don't use any more. The balance is well balanced, it took me some time to echilibrate.
