If you lens has a focal length of 50mm or less then try to use a shutter speed of no less that 1/60 sec. If you are using a longer (telephoto lens) then simply multiply the focal length of the lens by the crop factor that applies to your camera. For example: The crop factor of an Olympus mirrorless camera is x 2 So is using a 200mm lens you multiply 200 x 2 which equals 400. To avoid shake you would therefore use a minimum shutter speed of 1/400 (you can always go higher / faster).
