Despite the flaws of Sonic 1, it sold reasonably well. So of course a sequel is in order. Unfortunately there were issues at Sega which could've spelled the end of our fuzzy blue friend. Today we look at the ups and downs of the game that many consider to be the best in the series. I couldn't find a source for the art used in the thumbnail even after using reverse image search.
