LAPD officer John Neal Cooke told Inside Edition: "The mom did a monstrous thing in abandoning her child." Police say the boy's mother, Elizabeth Robles, crashed into the hydrant, sending a geyser of water into the sky. Cops arrested the mom who they found two hours later, authorities say she had been drinking.
