Amazing Coastal Foraging along the super low spring tide shoreline at night. Wild weather forces a change of venue but what an amazing night I had. Mountains of Scallops, Razor Clams, Cockles and other wonderful wildlife. Later that day we take our seafood forage to Spargos's Kitchen and have an incredible seafood feast. Clam and seafood Chowder, Tomatoe and Lemon Herb crusted clams and seared Scallops on a bed of fresh salad. A true taste sensation!!
